   19817月參加工作,19916月畢業(yè)于南京鐵道醫(yī)學(xué)院微生物學(xué)與免疫學(xué)專業(yè),獲碩士學(xué)位;199510月畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)系,獲博士學(xué)位。19971月至199812月在美國羅切斯特大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心作博士后;19995月至20018月在加拿大多倫多大學(xué)附屬多倫多病童醫(yī)院博士后、訪問學(xué)者。20019月作為教育部“CJ學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃特聘教授,受聘為東南大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院遺傳學(xué)研究中心主任,博士生導(dǎo)師;2003年獲準(zhǔn)建設(shè)發(fā)育與疾病相關(guān)基因教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,任主任;20044月至200911月任東南大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院院長,200912月至201912月,任東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)研究院院長。先后獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金(面上、重點(diǎn))、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、美國NIH基金(RO3)、國家“973”重大基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目等資助。

研究方向:突觸發(fā)育調(diào)控與認(rèn)知疾病機(jī)制

   大腦通過約1015個(gè)突觸連接而成的巨大通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)來進(jìn)行信息處理、行使功能。突觸通過自身的可塑性,傳遞、轉(zhuǎn)變和完善信號(hào)。突觸細(xì)胞粘附因子,通過連接突觸前、后細(xì)胞,調(diào)節(jié)突觸傳遞信號(hào),并且通過形成特異性的突觸功能來決定神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特性。家系分析發(fā)現(xiàn),人類突觸細(xì)胞粘附因子基因發(fā)生突變與孤獨(dú)癥、精神分裂癥等關(guān)聯(lián);基因組水平研究顯示,包括孤獨(dú)癥、精神分裂癥等多種認(rèn)知性疾病,均存在編碼突觸分子,如Caherins、Protocadherins、L1CAM、Neuroligin、NeurexinCNTNAP2Contactins等的基因異常,但其致病機(jī)制不清。本研究組以神經(jīng)元表面蛋白分子為研究對象,應(yīng)用綜合研究手段,結(jié)合模式生物,探索突觸發(fā)生、成熟、環(huán)路形成以及在學(xué)習(xí)記憶等高級(jí)神經(jīng)活動(dòng)與行為中的作用,探討其在遺傳和表觀遺傳水平上的調(diào)控機(jī)制,為闡明其在相關(guān)的認(rèn)知障礙與疾病中的作用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
