個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:
1970年7月出生,東南大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,附屬中大醫(yī)院放射科主任醫(yī)師。長(zhǎng)期從事臨床影像診斷、分子影像和功能影像尤其是磁共振影像學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)、臨床研究。擔(dān)任中華放射學(xué)會(huì)青年委員會(huì)副主任委員、腹部學(xué)組委員、中國(guó)生物物理學(xué)會(huì)-分子影像學(xué)分會(huì)青年委員。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、面上項(xiàng)目,973課題。獲教育部科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、江蘇省醫(yī)學(xué)新技術(shù)引進(jìn)一等獎(jiǎng)?!队跋裨\斷應(yīng)用解剖基礎(chǔ)》副主編,研究生教材《放射診斷學(xué)》編委。獲教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”、江蘇省“科教興衛(wèi)工程”醫(yī)學(xué)重點(diǎn)人才、“六大人才高峰”。
研究方向:分子影像和功能影像學(xué)
以分子影像尤其是磁共振分子影像和功能影像的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)應(yīng)用新材料、新設(shè)計(jì)和新方法,研制分子影像探針;單模、多模成像,探討其在腫瘤、干細(xì)胞示蹤、心腦血管疾病中的應(yīng)用;圍繞功能MR影像與生物學(xué)標(biāo)記,研究糖尿病血管內(nèi)皮功能紊亂、脂肪代謝紊亂的發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制及早期檢測(cè)、干預(yù)方法。以分子影像和功能影像學(xué)的關(guān)鍵和難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題為突破口,運(yùn)用多模態(tài)影像融合技術(shù),尋找糖尿病并發(fā)癥高特異性和敏感性的影像學(xué)指標(biāo),評(píng)估細(xì)胞移植治療后在體生物學(xué)行為及功能。
