研究內(nèi)容:長期致力于內(nèi)耳毛細胞和神經(jīng)元的再生和保護以及神經(jīng)干細胞和內(nèi)耳干細胞的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機制的研究。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:1.系統(tǒng)的研究了多種信號通路對于內(nèi)耳干細胞和神經(jīng)干細胞增殖和分化的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機制;2.結(jié)合多基因協(xié)同調(diào)控,生物材料和電刺激,磁刺激等物理調(diào)控因素有效促進神經(jīng)元和毛細胞的再生和聽覺功能的部分重建;3通過調(diào)控免疫系統(tǒng),自噬,線粒體功能和氧化應(yīng)激有效的保護了噪音和藥物導(dǎo)致的毛細胞損傷和聽力損失。
