個(gè)人簡介
2010于北京大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位,2015于美國堪薩斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心獲得博士學(xué)位,并在美國Stowers醫(yī)學(xué)研究所擔(dān)任博士生研究員。2017年加入東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)研究院擔(dān)任研究員,分別入選中組部海外高層次人才“青年項(xiàng)目”,江蘇省特聘教授,江蘇省雙創(chuàng)人才,江蘇省“六大人才高峰”高層次人才。
研究方向:神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞功能和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育調(diào)控機(jī)制
神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞因其自我更新及分化的潛力,成為未來臨床治療多種神經(jīng)退行性疾病的重要潛在治療方法。如何在活體中精確安全地調(diào)控神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞的命運(yùn)決定是當(dāng)今的主要研究熱點(diǎn)之一,也是制約其臨床應(yīng)用的主要瓶頸之一。本課題組通過多種模式生物,研究內(nèi)部命運(yùn)決定因子和外部微環(huán)境對神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞功能和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育的調(diào)控機(jī)制。
