研究方向

兒童智力發(fā)育遲緩和老年人群中的神經(jīng)退行性疾病是常見多發(fā)的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病,目前人們對(duì)其復(fù)雜的發(fā)病機(jī)理知之甚少,缺乏有效的治療手段,是生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域里未解的難題。對(duì)神經(jīng)發(fā)育,突觸形成和維持,神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的傳遞和神經(jīng)環(huán)路形成過程中關(guān)鍵分子及分子事件的研究是解開難題的核心。我們主要運(yùn)用生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué),細(xì)胞生物學(xué),結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué),生物信息學(xué)和遺傳學(xué)等方法與手段,通過對(duì)細(xì)胞內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)的表達(dá)調(diào)控,蛋白質(zhì)之間的相互作用,蛋白質(zhì)和RNA等生物大分子在細(xì)胞內(nèi)的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)以及相應(yīng)細(xì)胞生理生化功能的研究,來揭示神經(jīng)發(fā)育與退化過程的分子機(jī)制,探討智力發(fā)育遲緩和神經(jīng)退行性性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)理,尋找新的治療手段。
