研究方向:孤獨(dú)癥致病機(jī)制研究
兒童孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙是一種常見的神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙性疾病,其發(fā)病率約1%。孤獨(dú)癥的核心臨床癥狀包括社會交往障礙和重復(fù)呆板的動作,不同的孤獨(dú)癥患者還伴隨如智力障礙、癲癇、睡眠障礙等臨床癥狀。目前人們對于兒童孤獨(dú)癥的致病機(jī)制尚不完全清楚。本實驗室以果蠅和小鼠為模式動物,運(yùn)用生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)、電生理學(xué)及行為學(xué)解析孤獨(dú)癥關(guān)鍵致病基因的分子功能及孤獨(dú)癥的致病機(jī)制。
