2009 年本科畢業(yè)于四川大學(生物學基地班),2014 年在北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學院(清華大學醫(yī)學部) 獲得博士學位,2014-2017 年在重慶醫(yī)科大學附屬第二醫(yī)院從事研究工作,2017-2021 年在美國德克 薩斯大學西南醫(yī)學中心進行博士后研究,2022 年入職東南大學,聘為東南大學青年首席教授,并入 選國家級青年人才計劃。
研究方向:心血管疾病發(fā)病機制
心血管疾病是人類健康的“第一殺手”,嚴重影響著人們的生活質(zhì)量并威脅人類生命健康,且發(fā) 病率逐年增加。目前關于心血管疾病的發(fā)病機制尚不完全清楚,本課題組聚焦心血管疾病的發(fā)病機 制,圍繞引起心肌肥厚和心肌損傷的信號通路和下游轉錄因子,以及心血管疾病中線粒體功能失常 的分子機制,以小鼠為模式動物,運用生物化學與分子生物學、細胞生物學、生物信息學等方法深 入探究影響心血管功能的關鍵因素,篩選出藥物治療靶點以及其它治療或預防策略,為心血管疾病 的精準診治提供了新思路。
