個(gè)人簡介:
2012年和2018年于中山大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院獲得學(xué)士和博士學(xué)位,2018-2021年于中山大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后研究。2021年加入東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,任講師,碩士生導(dǎo)師。共發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,其中以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表在高水平期刊如Cell death and differentiation、 Genome Biology、Journal of Hematology & Oncology 、Clinical and Translational Medicine上。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、中國博士后面上項(xiàng)目(一等資助),入選江蘇省“雙創(chuàng)博士”和東南大學(xué)“至善學(xué)者”人才計(jì)劃。
研究方向:表觀遺傳及轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控在細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定中的功能機(jī)制
1. 表觀遺傳及轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定的功能機(jī)制
基因表達(dá)的改變是細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定及個(gè)體命運(yùn)決定最關(guān)鍵的途徑。特定基因座位的表觀遺傳改變,進(jìn)而介導(dǎo)的轉(zhuǎn)錄差異是細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定的核心。我們致力于探究基因座位表觀遺傳的改變(如結(jié)構(gòu)性改變(G4/R-loop),修飾性改變等(組蛋白修飾等))與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的關(guān)系,并在發(fā)育(如心臟發(fā)育)及疾?。ㄈ绨┌Y)模型中探究其對細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定的調(diào)控作用。
2. 轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控在疾病中的功能機(jī)制及靶向治療
癌基因,抑癌基因等的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控異常往往直接介導(dǎo)的癌癥產(chǎn)生。我們聚焦于癌癥相關(guān)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控,尋找癌癥發(fā)生發(fā)展的重要調(diào)控因子,揭示其細(xì)胞功能,如不同細(xì)胞死亡調(diào)控的切換等。并以此為基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)潛在的靶向治療策略。
