個人簡介: 1995年9月-1999年月 本科,生物化學專業(yè),南京大學; 1999年9月-2004年7月 碩博連讀,分子生物學與生物化學專業(yè),南京大學; 2004年7月-2008年8月 博士后,神經(jīng)生物學,美國麻州大學醫(yī)學院; 2008年8月-現(xiàn)在 教授,東南大學生命科學研究院。 研究方向:孤獨癥致病機制研究 兒童孤獨癥譜系障礙是一種常見的神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙性疾病,其發(fā)病率約1%。孤獨癥的核心臨床癥狀包括社會交往障礙和重復呆板的動作,不同的孤獨癥患者還伴隨如智力障礙、癲癇、睡眠障礙等臨床癥狀。目前人們對于兒童孤獨癥的致病機制尚不完全清楚。本實驗室以果蠅和小鼠為模式動物,運用生物化學與分子生物學、細胞生物學、遺傳學、神經(jīng)生物學、電生理學及行為學解析孤獨癥關鍵致病基因的分子功能及孤獨癥的致病機制。 近期代表性論文:(* 通訊作者; # 第一作者)
